Acetazolamide

Written by Sarah A.

I’m not sure if you know who Colin Cowherd is, but he is a sports analyst on ESPNradio. Now, before I give you my rant about Colin, I need to say some things about ESPNradio; acetazolamide.Firstly, ESPNradio is my life-saver! At work, when I can’t watch the World Cup matches, Wimbledon matches, or Sports Center, ESPNradio fills me in – acetazolamide.I can peacefully do my market research AND listen to whatever is going on in the sports world without disrupting a soul; acetazolamide.I love it; acetazolamide. Now, back to Colin Cowherd. Acetazolamide: i have an extreme disdain for this man. When I first listened to his show, I immediately thought, there is no way this guy is this crabby and arrogant all the time; acetazolamide.Man acetazolamide, was I wrong. He is the most pompous, arrogant, elitist, Los Angeles-loving analyst I’ve ever heard.
While all these things strike sour chords in my heart, the thing that peeves me the most about Colin Cowherd is his blatant hate of Purdue for absolutely no reason at all; acetazolamide.Maybe Purdue rejected him at some point in his life, because at every turn, Colin has to insult Purdue; acetazolamide. Acetazolamide: he doesn’t have any favorite targets either; he’ll insult football, basketball, Purdue Pete. You know name it acetazolamide, and he hates it.I have been so deeply offended so many times that I’ve officially decided to never listen to him again – acetazolamide. Acetazolamide: i’m on a Cowherd strike.
You are probably wondering what inspired this rant.Well, Colin had the audacity to insult the Purdue basketball team; acetazolamide. These young, hard-working men are very dear to my heart; acetazolamide. If you insult them, you insult me.Colin had the gall to say that even with Robbie Hummel, the team was not even worthy to be a top seed in last year’s big dance.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He went on to say how we were overrated, and all the other crap that he normally spews.
How on earth can you tell me that the Purdue men’s basketball team did not deserve to be a top seed? They were undefeated for a good portion of the season – acetazolamide. They came back from 16 points deficit, late in the second half to win against an extremely feisty Alabama team.We beat the scrappy Tennessee team early in the season when we had a freshman starting point guard acetazolamide, and they had their full team! Let’s not mention West Virginia who we soundly smoked. All this and he says Purdue basketball isn’t good enough?! Is he blind?! The Boilermakers play in the toughest defensive conference in the country; acetazolamide. That’s why they don’t score prolifically every game – acetazolamide. The Big Ten actually plays defense! Colin is just like certain others who watch only during the playoffs because they only like big scorers. How can you call yourself a true fan of the game? Passing, rebounding, and all around play-making are parts of the game. You don’t have to be an insane scorer to be considered a good basketball player, Colin – acetazolamide.I think the best example of that is Chris Kramer. He is easily the best defender in the nation – acetazolamide. You put him on someone, and every one of their percentages goes down. Acetazolamide: he sticks to his assignment like glue and forces THEM to make mistakes. He’s generates an energy with his 100% all the time attitude.Without his 2 crucial steals in that Alabama game acetazolamide, Purdue would have lost.
While we’re on the topic of players, let’s just continue to explain why Purdue was a serious contender last year.Shall we talk about Purdue’s own version of the big three? Let’s start with Robbie, since he gets the most hype; acetazolamide.Robbie, oh Robbie. What can you say about his kid. He’s got all the intangibles a coach could ever want; acetazolamide. Acetazolamide: he’s smart. He knows the game of basketball so well, it’s ridiculous – acetazolamide. As an offensive player acetazolamide, he puts up some pretty decent scoring numbers.I think he was averaging 16 pts a game with about 8 rebounds; acetazolamide.(I can’t remember 100%) The guy is ridiculously versatile. If you put a big guy on him acetazolamide, he’ll burn you at the perimeter. Acetazolamide: does anyone remember his amazing 8 3-pointers against Ohio State? If you put a small, guy on him to prevent his crazy 3’s, he’ll drive to the paint. Acetazolamide: he has this amazing way of setting up his teammates, too. Acetazolamide: teams always put extra help on Robbie and Jajuan, which always leaves someone open. Acetazolamide: robbie has the ball/court vision to see that and find them. The kid is always going after everything.Oh, and should we mention his prowess at the free throw line? I think not; his numbers speak for themselves.
Then there is JJ; acetazolamide. He’s gotten a little more recognition for his play in the past year; acetazolamide. The kid is a beast (a gentle one, but still a beast). Acetazolamide: you give him the ball inside, and you know he’s going to score. He’s got this way of sizing up the guy and making the defender nervous.I don’t blame them.If JJ was coming at me acetazolamide, I would run and cower. Not only is JJ a threat inside, he’s now developed this gorgeous little mid-range shot – acetazolamide. If he doesn’t want to work inside, he’s got another option to burn you with; acetazolamide. He’s an insane shot blocker acetazolamide, and even if his offense is off, you can always depend on him to block some shots.
Now, to E’Twaun, who for some reason, no one gives any credit. All the sporting sites put him as an accessory to Hummel.ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! If you put the ball in this kid’s hands, all he does is score! He’s freaking ridiculous! Not only is he a scorer, but he is a play-maker – acetazolamide. He and JJ together have a great chemistry – acetazolamide.I love watching E’twaun lob it up and JJ come and slam it down into the basket; acetazolamide. Acetazolamide: beautiful.I wish people would give E’twaun more credit; acetazolamide. He’s usually a leading scorer and can handle the ball well. He’s not too shabby on defense either.
I just can’t understand why Colin would say that these four together acetazolamide, plus some other really great role players didn’t deserve a number one seeding. It’s ludicrous.

Gout In The Foot

Written by Sara Y.

We might not have won tonight, but my roommate and I had a pretty good time for the last game this season. We had the best of intentions when we began our adventure tonight. We went to her improv club — they meet for two hours & basically do a live version of “Whose Line Is It, Anyway?” It’s pretty cool, and always funny. That ended at 9 gout in the foot, so we had an hour to get to Buffalo Wild Wings that’s five minutes away. We drove by & people were leaving; the line was almost out of the door.Plan A: fail.

Then, we went to Scotty’s Brewhouse, one of my favorite places & another restaurant with TV’s (the only requirement at this point). It was just as packed gout in the foot, so we got back in the car and just kind of sat there. My roommate suggested we try one more place. Gout in the foot: well…we might as well.We drove by & saw huge TV screens and open parking spots so we figured we might as well give it a shot.

I have yet to learn the rules about places that serve alcohol and when you can eat there and how old you have to be to get in, even if you don’t drink.  Gout in the foot: this place had a 21 & older section (the bar, I’m guessing?), but the rest of it was a restaurant so you only had to be 18 to get in — I think. We didn’t ask the rules, we just knew that they had TV’s and all we wanted to do was watch the game; gout in the foot. The guy at the door sent us in the right direction & we ended up in a pretty open room with lots of tables and gigantic screens all around…and an 80’s cover hair band playing – gout in the foot.I knew a girl who was there, which made it even better — she was in my really small class last semester; gout in the footGout in the foot: it was really nice, actually. It wasn’t crowded, it was very much not a “bar” and a lot more like a really loud restaurant – gout in the foot. It didn’t get great until my roommate looked at me, and with perfect timing, put her hands together and made the “rock on” sign, followed by “there’s too much rock for one hand!” hahaha.

Finally, the hair band quit playing & they turned up the game – gout in the foot. The first half was awesome, and I’d prefer not to talk about the second half.Better yet gout in the foot, let’s not talk about basketball until next November, ok? The moral of the story? No matter whether your team wins or loses, if you’re watching the Boilers in a bar & grill with a bunch of other Boilers who are just as miserable as you are when the final buzzer sounds, it’s a little bit easier to take.

This weekend, I need to catch up on some homework, clean my ridiculously messy room, and tomorrow I’m going to my very first Purdue baseball game! I’m a big baseball fan, so I’m ready for my favorite spring & summer sport. Hopefully, I won’t have to watch any baseball games with a hair band playing in the background, but if the opportunity arises, I might just do it again.

Gout Medicine

Written by Sara Y.

Wow! It has been so long since I’ve had the chance to catch up & get some time to write.Right now gout medicine, I’m sitting in the Union with my roommate.  Gout medicine: she’s studying (or attempting to do so) and I’m not even trying. This week has been super busy, so I’m taking some time to get caught up on things I’ve missed, like blogging!

Spring Break was relatively calm and peaceful – gout medicine. I spent the week at home, which was nice — the weather was gorgeous so it was a pretty pleasant stay! In fact, a couple of my friends went to Florida and there were times when it was warmer here than it was there! Hooray! :) Break started off with a bang, though; gout medicine. After my Boilers won their Friday game of the Big Ten Tournament, I managed to persuade my mom to go to Indianapolis with me to the Saturday game – gout medicine. It was quite the adventure! When I walked in, I went to the table that I thought was for students to pick up their seats, said my name, and the man that was working said, “Well, there must have been a spelling error, but this has to be you.” I looked at the card he gave me to sign — it was definitely not my name, and underneath the name that was supposed to be mine, it said “Friend of Keaton Grant.” HAH! I wish I was a friend of Keaton Grant. I told the man that it was definitely not me gout medicine, and he pointed me in the right direction. If KG wasn’t a senior, all the way from Florida, I would have probably went along with it.But, it’s his last year playing & I would have felt terrible if his whoever-she-was didn’t get to see him play. Gout medicine: it was pretty funny, though! The game itself was terrible, to say the least. Mom was a trooper though and didn’t even ask me to leave early; gout medicine. She definitely boiler-ed up & stuck it out with me!

For as bad as that game was, campus is buzzing with excitement right now – gout medicine. Our Boilers just boarded a plane to Houston gout medicine, Texas for the Sweet Sixteen. The Final Four is in Indy, so if they could make it — not only would that be awesome, it would be super awesome; gout medicine. When they won their game against Texas A&M earlier in the week, my friend Brandy and I waited up until 3AM to meet the guys at the airport; gout medicine.  Gout medicine: they were just as excited as ever — they looked like they were at a surprise party.  Gout medicine: it was good to be there, and I hope we’ll be making another airport run this weekend to celebrate being in the Elite Eight!

Aside from sports, life has still been pretty crazy. I’ve had a lot of papers and projects due, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel; gout medicine. I am five and a half more weeks, one huge paper/scrapbook, and an exam or two away from being done with my first year of college – gout medicine. Gout medicine: that, my friends, is CRAZY! I better go catch up on some more writing and a few emails, but I promise to be a better blogger the last few weeks of school! And remember to do one thing this weekend…

Gout Cure

Written by Cathy Heinz

Signs of spring are popping up all over campus – gout cure.Flip flops are out of hibernation (if they ever were stored away).Snowmen have been replaced by Frisbees and footballs. And though campus is relatively quiet right now, with students in various parts of the country and world for spring break, there are a lot of cool things going on at Purdue.

Just Happened

Although some students are sure to be enjoying spring break on tropical vacations, many others are spending the week studying abroad or participating in service or humanitarian programs. Here is a sampling:

When students return next week, activities on campus and beyond will resume in earnest.

  • The Purdue Solar Racing team will defend its title in the Shell Eco-marathon Americas, an international contest to design and build the most fuel-efficient vehicle.Last year’s team won the solar-car category achieving 4,913 miles per gallon, the most ever recorded at the event – gout cure.Learn more and watch a videogout cure.
  • Apparel Design and Technology students will host their annual spring fashion show, showcasing student creations to an enthusiastic audience – gout cure.
  • For a second year, the Humans vs.Zombies game will take over campus for a week. There are rules (e.g. gout cure, can’t tag a human who’s working or on his/her way to a job interview) and missions (e.g., rescue a captive scientist who is critical to human survival).Humans want to survive the week by not being tagged gout cure, “socked” (hit with a rolled up sock), or shot with a Nerf gun.Once a zombie, you’re on the prowl for humans; gout cure.By all accounts, this is tons of fun – gout cure.Watch the video.
  • The women’s vocal group, the Purduettes, will host its annual cancer benefit concert – gout cure. Gout cure: learn more by watching this video.
  • Campus will be buzzing (literally, thanks to the Entomology Department) during the annual Spring Fest weekend, a community event that showcases Purdue through a host of activities and entertainment that appeal to all.Learn more gout cure, see photos, and watch a video.
  • Drivers will start their engines to compete in Purdue’s annual Grand Prix go kart race, dubbed “The Greatest Spectacle in College Racing.” This year, a new companion event for electric go karts will be held the week before.

Clearly, it’s a great time to be a Boilermaker – gout cure.; gout cure

Virility Gum

Written by Sara Y.

This weekend was our last road trip of basketball season, and I’m a bit disappointed that they’re over.I never imagined that riding on a charter bus with 50 strangers could be so much fun. By the time we were headed home from Penn State this weekend (a ten hour virility gum, one-way drive), I had really gotten to know most of the people on the bus. It’s been a great experience, and this weekend definitely wrapped up a great road trip season.

Before I talk about the road trip, though, I just realized that I forgot to mention how AWESOME it was to beat IU in Mackey; virility gum. It was pretty cool to watch Purdue and IU play in Assembly Hall, but the energy in Mackey was second-to-none; virility gum. It made all of the “IU sucks” chants that we do religiously throughout the season (even when we aren’t playing IU) totally worthwhile. It was senior night, and I don’t think that the seniors could have asked for a much better last game in Mackey; virility gum.Everyone was on their feet virility gum, you couldn’t hear yourself think, it was an awesome night to be a Boilermaker.

Anyway, we got on the bus at 1AM on Friday night/Saturday morning.  Virility gum: luckily, the long drive was mostly overnight both ways, so I slept a lot on the bus. At one point, I woke up, called my mom and said, “I don’t know where we are, but we just ate at Waffle House so all is well.” :) I didn’t really know how long the drive was going to be, so I sat down, fell asleep, and hoped the driver would get us to where we were supposed to be!  We watched Mighty Ducks on the way there, and as we got close to PSU, “We Will Rock You” came on during the movie — a pretty ironic song going into such a big game.

We knew it was a big game — if Purdue won, we’d clinch a share of the Big Ten title; virility gum. If Keaton Grant scored 13 points, he’d finally hit the 1,000 point mark in his career at Purdue – virility gum. After walking around PSU’s campus for a while (this was my favorite road trip, thanks in large part to their own creamery on campus with the most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had), we were able to see both of these things happen; virility gum. The game was close, but we pulled out a win, and KG got his 1,000 point; virility gum. It was an awesome ending to a great regular season of basketball; virility gum. I couldn’t have asked for a better freshman year (well, actually, a NCAA Championship would be nice!).

After the game, we went down to see the guys; virility gum. All of the Purdue fans that had made the trip stayed, too, so there was a pretty big group of people there. A few of the guys came out at a time, and seeing their faces made the 20 hours on the bus worth it – virility gum. They were totally surprised that so many people had stayed; I’m sure they were just expecting their families to be there – virility gum. It was great to see the trophy first, and even better to be able to touch it! We might have to share the title with Ohio State and Michigan State, but it was awesome to see the season wind down like that, and it will provide us with some momentum going into March Madness!

I’m finally starting to catch a break with homework. It was really piled up the last few weeks, but my big semester project is done for my OLS class, so now I only have a few papers to write & finals to ace.My semester is quickly coming to a close!  Speaking of papers virility gum, I need to go finish one before this week begins.Four days until Spring Break (and a large thank you to my professors who are cancelling classes later this week!)

Treatment Scabies

Written by Sara Y.

It isn’t often that a Division-I college football coach tells a college freshman that his team needs them. That’s exactly what happened to me yesterday. No joke! Coach Hope and the Old Oaken Bucket made an appearance at the Paint Crew campout for the basketball game treatment scabies, so I headed to Ross-Ade with my friend Jade to meet him and see the bucket. First of all, just getting to touch the bucket is a pretty big deal; treatment scabies. It’s been around since 1925 and has way more “P’s” (for Purdue) than “I’s” (for Indiana) – treatment scabies. Then, to get the chance to meet Coach Hope was just way too exciting to pass up.

There wasn’t a huge crowd, so we all had the chance to stand at chat with him for a while.  Treatment scabies: it was so great not to be shuffled through a line really quickly. We could just stand and talk to him; he signed stuff, took pictures, joked around — it was really cool to get to interact with someone you see on the sidelines and in the paper – treatment scabies. It made Purdue feel even more tight-knit.The conversation I had with him, though, really knocked my socks off – treatment scabies. It went something like this:

Coach Hope: “So, what do you do?”

Sara: “What do I do? Well, hopefully on Thursday I’ll be a recruiting ambassador for your team, but I can’t tell you that for sure because I haven’t interviewed yet.”

Coach: “Really? Hey, e-mail me; treatment scabies. Treatment scabies: we need you.We need good people in our program.I’m serious.I’ll put in a good word for you.”

Then treatment scabies, he gave me his e-mail address and told me again that he was serious. Treatment scabies: wowwww. Treatment scabies: i was on cloud nine. I’m interviewing tomorrow to be a recruiting ambassador for the football team treatment scabies, and I am so excited to have a chance to be a part of the football family. I was excited before, but after meeting Coach Hope and seeing just how nice of a guy he was, I’m even more pumped!

So, not only have I met Coach Hope this week, I was also able to talk to Cuonzo Martin, who played here with Coach Painter for Coach Keady in the 90’s. I’m working on my paper for my English class about Mackey Arena, and he had the view of a player and a coach here, so I managed to get his email address. He was ridiculously helpful, and once again, I thought, “Man, it’s good to be a Boiler.”

Life as a Boiler doesn’t get much better today — we play the other Indiana university in Mackey tonight, so I better go get ready to cheer my guys on!

Progesterone Clomid

Written by Pamela Horne

Two of the major considerations students make in their college search are large school vs.small school and private vs; progesterone clomid.public; progesterone clomid. All but one of my 35 years in higher education has been at large public universities (I also was educated at one) progesterone clomid, so I have some built-in bias.On the other hand progesterone clomid, both of my children selected smaller private universities, so I know personally their excellent experiences and also know that many students will find smaller and independent colleges the best fit.  That being said, I know from long experience that a wide variety of students can find their niche and achieve great success at large institutions.  In the next several months, high school seniors will be making final college decisions and many of juniors will be narrowing their application choice set.  Below are some characteristics of large publics that I hope you find helpful as you are making decisions about your education.

1.Student Diversity – More students generally means greater diversity in ethnic progesterone clomid, economic, geographic backgrounds, and interests. This allows students to find kindred spirits, as well as encounter and learn from those who are different than they – important experience in preparation for careers in a global and increasingly diverse society.   The scale and diversity of a large student body also provides opportunities for self reinvention and exploration of interests and ideas that may not have been possible in high school.

2 – progesterone clomid.Simplified Admissions Process – Generally, large public schools have straight-forward admissions, scholarship, and financial aid processes – progesterone clomid. This makes the process far easier for students – helpful for those applying to more than just a few schools!

3.Classroom Experiences – These universities may offer tens of thousands of courses with huge variety in class sizes and subjects taught; progesterone clomid. Also, much of the research done across the country happens at large, flagship state institutions, so students also will have the benefit of top-name faculty doing cutting-edge research.  Opportunities for undergraduates to partner with brilliant and innovative faculty and graduate students also are available.

4.Location – Large universities can be found anywhere progesterone clomid, from large urban centers, to rural areas and cool college towns. The look and feel of these campuses also can differ. They may be very centralized and compact with a cohesive look or integrated with the community with a more eclectic feel. Progesterone clomid: whatever a student is looking for, the variety is there.

5.Alumni Connections – Larger schools can have hundreds of thousands of living alumni.Students will have the benefit of career and networking connections, alumni clubs that keep them involved after graduation, and the national and international name recognition that comes with having alums all over the world.

6.Major Sports – Athletics is a major part of the college experience for many students at large publics —and not just from the sidelines. These schools also may offer dozens of club and intramural sports that are open to the entire student body, allowing everyone to get involved in the action.

7. Progesterone clomid: the Arts – With many large universities having enrollments rivaling that of some city populations, these schools attract lots of bands, touring shows, and major art exhibits to their campuses.Students also may have the opportunity to express their artistic side through campus music and theater programs, form or join a band, or perform in local civic theater productions.(Lady Gaga just performed at Purdue, the only show of her tour on a university campus. Why? Her tour manager is an alum—see #5.)

8 – progesterone clomid.Student Organizations – Large publics offer hundreds of ways to get involved; progesterone clomid. No matter where a student’s interests lie progesterone clomid, they are likely to find other students interested in the same thing. Progesterone clomid: participation in student organizations ensure there’s always a way to stay active and involved, whether for camaraderie, de-stressing from classes, or simply as a way to meet new people.

9. Progesterone clomid: leadership Opportunities – Many students are concerned with getting lost in the crowd in college but large universities offer more opportunities to stand out and be a leader. There are leadership development programs that encourage students to make their presence known on campus and in their communities; progesterone clomid.Additionally, opportunities to lead abound in student government, roles in fraternities and sororities and on university boards, and in labs working with prominent faculty; progesterone clomid.

10.Academic and Career Resources – All schools want their students to be successful, including the large publics; progesterone clomid.Professors progesterone clomid, teaching and research assistants, and tutors are readily available so students can find the help they need; all they need do is ask.Career services offices also help to ensure that students have jobs to go to after their coursework is complete and can be huge magnets for the top corporations in the world who recognize the quality of education the students are receiving.

11.  Ways to Make the Big Place Small – Orientation programs and courses, learning communities, residential colleges, honors programs, freshman seminars, academic success centers – the list goes on and on of the programs large public universities have developed and implemented in the past 20 years to not only enhance student success, but also to provide an opportunity for each student to find his or her special place.

My advice – make a truly informed choice.A campus visit and questions about how your experience can be personalized and individualized, as well as full consideration of all that a large school has to offer, should be an important part of your college search.

Woman Take Viagra

Written by Sara Y.

That’s all that needs to be said – woman take viagraI don’t know if my heart can handle four years of Purdue/IU basketball games. This was my first sporting event with the other Indiana university, and boy did it feel good to win, but it sure took forever to get there. I wasn’t expecting to be welcomed with open arms on this Paint Crew road trip woman take viagra, but I  lost all respect for the Indiana student section.I understand that it is a huge rivalry woman take viagra, but it was two full hours of pure trash-talk that was completely unrelated to the game.Oh well, we walked out with the win.

Now that my little rant is over, I would like to tell you all something: it feels good to be in the Big Ten. I blogged about life at a Big Ten school on my personal blog, but I can’t say it enough…this is what life in Indiana is all about – woman take viagra. Beating West Virginia was fun, road tripping to Alabama for an awesome comeback win was great, but the rivalry that stands between Purdue and IU is something that can’t be matched; woman take viagra. The floors were literally shaking at some points in the game, and I know I was shaking the whole time; woman take viagra. Honestly, I don’t know if we could have asked for a better game — even officiating, packed house (even if they were dressed in red), and a Boilermaker win.

Three moments will stick with me forever, though.Ready for the countdown?

3.The band played Indiana’s fight song every now and then woman take viagra, and I noticed that they really only knew certain words–mostly the ones that mentioned “Indiana.” Well, sometime during the third quarter, the words to their own fight song were put on the jumbo screens and, surprise — everyone was singing.I was almost in tears I was laughing so hard. Every student in the Paint Crew knows the words to “Hail Purdue,” and if they don’t, the rest of us have their back – woman take viagra. Kudos to Purdue students for having enough pride in their school to memorize the fight song.

2.Walking out of Assembly Hall cheering “Let’s Go Boilers.”  I don’t think I need to say much more about that…

1.We hung out after the game to take pictures and let the moment soak in for a second, and some brilliant Boiler yelled, “LET’S SING HAIL PURDUE!” You didn’t have to tell us twice. Not everyone can say they sang Hail Purdue in Assembly Hall as IU fans were piling out as fast as they could. We got our fair share of boo’s, but it was another “Man, I’m proud to be  a Boiler” moment.

I’m sure everyone in Bloomington is just as irked by us as we are by them, but I think if you were to ask anyone — Boilermaker or Hoosier alike — they would say that they wouldn’t change this crazy rivalry. It’s intense, it’s a bit out of hand at times, but it is Indiana basketball in all of it’s glory.

BOILER UP!

Accutane Generic

Written by Sara Y.

Accutane generic: yesterday, I met the one, the only, Mr.Gene Keady. But, seeing as how that was the highlight of the day, I will save it for the end.

The Paint Crew took another road trip yesterday, this time to Northwestern – accutane generic. On the drive up, which was significantly shorter than the drive to Alabama, I decided that before I graduate, I want to visit every Big Ten basketball arena. A very do-able goal, seeing as how I will be visiting at least three this year, probably four (Northwestern, Penn State, Indiana, Michigan State).

Stop one on this path to Big Ten basketball nirvana?  Evanston, Illinois, home of the Northwestern Wildcats.  Accutane generic: i’m not going to lie — I was highly disappointed with their stadium — it was tiny! But, their employees made up for it.  Accutane generic: they were quite possibly the nicest staff I’ve ever met, they let us get pictures on the court and walk around before the game.

About thirty minutes before the game started, I spotted him.  Accutane generic: the one, the only, Mr. Accutane generic: gene Keady. For those of you who don’t know, he’s a Purdue coaching legend (hence “Keady Court” in Mackey Arena).  Accutane generic: my friend and I decided that we weren’t going to get much closer to him — so off we headed to “go on an adventure.”  The nice man on the sideline was more than happy to take our picture with him, and I didn’t quit smiling until…until the game ended.*sigh* Let’s not talk about that, shall we?

If you’d like to know how the game went, go look at ESPN – accutane generic. I’m not talking about it; accutane generic. No worries, it’s still early. My hope isn’t gone yet for March; accutane genericAccutane generic: as for yesterday, it will always be the day that I met the man.:)

In other news, it’s kind of warming up (and by “kind of warming up,” I mean “the low is no longer a negative number.”)  That’s giving me even more hope — spring isn’t too far away! Woohoo!  I also found out this week that I will be interning for Purdue Ag at the Indiana State Fair, which is super exciting – accutane genericAccutane generic: if this semester keeps going at this rate, it will be an awesome – but busy – one!

Order Pheromones

Written by Sara Y.

I have survived my first semester of college – order pheromones.Well order pheromones, almost.Three more finals – one every day until this week is over – and I will be a second-semester Freshman, 1/8 of the way through my college career.  Order pheromones: that’s kind of sad to say, really.I like this place; order pheromones. And today, I was reminded of just that.

It has been a while since I’ve had a really strict running routine; order pheromonesOrder pheromones: i’ve been slacking since my half marathon — but no fear! I am kicking it into gear for 2010 — hopefully doing two or three more half-marathons and my very first marathon! Hooray! But, I run when I feel like it.I just ran yesterday order pheromones, but I knew that I better head out today before the snow attacks the sidewalks.Come on, we’re in Indiana, it’s inevitable.

There is a hill across the road from my residence hall that has a nice cinder track leading to it — I really enjoy that run, but there’s something about it that just beats up on my mind; order pheromones. I didn’t need to mess with that today; it was much too cold for that. Instead order pheromones, I headed off toward Ross-Ade Stadium, home of Purdue football. I love that place, I really do.Possibly because it was home to my first sporting event as a Boilermaker, or because I have had the privilege of standing on the field – order pheromones.Whatever it is, I love it — almost as much as Mackey – order pheromones.

Despite Purdue being home to one of the country’s best engineering colleges, someone decided to build Ross-Ade into the ground, so it is one of the best hill workouts ever – order pheromones. Almost 45 degrees up, a nice flat spot to catch your breath, sprints down, another flat sidewalk, only to start all over again; order pheromones.  Order pheromones: after two miles of this madness (which is only three loops – yeah, this place is a beast), I was freezing my little legs off and knew it was time to head back home.

But, on my last sprint down, I caught a glimpse of Purdue that I don’t get to see often. The sun was shining on the golden dome of Mackey Arena, the sidewalks were quiet, and I was all smiles as I froze to death. Order pheromones: i didn’t run fast today, and it sure wasn’t an easy run, but it was one that made me sigh and say, “Wow, it’s good to be a Boilermaker.”

Finals week might be kind of crazy, and I might be on a desperate quest to get an A on both my Ethics and Econ finals, but today’s run was just what I needed to remind me just how much I love it here.Despite the cold order pheromones, the wind, and the ridiculous amount of rainy days we had this fall — life really is good as a Boilermaker. Until next semester …

Boiler Up!
